Can someone link me to a good theme with a bunch of speed mods pre-built in?

I can't open .ini files on my Mac to set 'em up myself

3.9, I'm in the process of installing everything, and I went to edit up my metrics so that I can actually play, and wala I find out I can't open .ini on the mac.

I really don't feel like downloading too many applications so I'd prefer to just grab a good theme
