I voted for the PS3, though that may not be the case.

I'm not one who goes out and buys a game system the day it comes out. I usually wait a few months or year before I fork out the money for a game system. The Playstation has been nice to me, so I have no reason to hate on it. I have two (working) PS2 consoles, one modded, the other the Slim version. Both work fine.

Nintendo, i'm not a fan. But that doesnt mean it wont kick ass. It might just to that...so, meh.

I'm undecided.

I honestly don't see the need for a next gen system at this point. Graphics can only go so far, and I'm not willing to pay 300 dollars for prettier graphics and better physics. These are not what make a game good at all, they only add to immersion to the game itself.

Like Jewpin, I tend to be 'behind' on the console buying. It's much better financial-wise, and I doubt the better games will be out for these systems for a while. By the time I buy a new gen system (if I even plan to), the system will likely be 175 dollars or less, and the good games will be available as 'used', making for a much cheaper gaming experience.

Iwata has said many times that next-gen consoles can't just be improved graphics and better physics, Lupin. Revolution will incorporate so many more things than just that.

As for PS3 and Xbox2 (this time it's personal), who knows...

I just wish there were more people who thought like you lupin...get some more innovation into the industry...and not just touch screens, microphones, and gyroscopes...which still seem a bit gimmicky...

I can safely bet that Sony will eventually decide not to make the PS3 backwards compatible. They really underestimate Americans, who will probably be their main market again.

Nintendo reovlution, because going online will just be like playing a 1 player game because if you have broadband (which i do) it will be cool! Plus it's gonna be the cheapest (supposedly)

That's a realy inane comment and I'll tell you why. One of the main sselling points for the PS2 was that it was backwards compatible with PSX games and a DVD player. So why would Sony take out one of the main features of the PS3? Besides its already been confirmed that the PS3 will be backwards compatible to PS2 games but PSX games are still undecided at the moment.

Now that that's all clear. I most certainly know this will be the list for most successful console in the wars:

1. Sony's PS3
2. Nintendo's Revolution
3. Microsoft's X-Box 2

Revolution has a lot of potential to be out Microsoft becaus eall the X2 is a faster X-Box with better online gaming. Whoop-dee doo. Of course the PS3 will be tops for some cosmic reason that only God knows why. But who knows? I've been playing Nintendo since I ws a little kid. If Nintendo plays thier cards right, I might just buy the PS3 and the Revolution.

Once again, you are a postwhore and incorrect. ATI is developing the graphics card for the Xenon. Nvidia is making the graphics card for the PS3. You do the math buddy.

And your deduction of the three console stereotypes is incorrect again.
Nintendo is known for innovative gameplay and Nintendo is kiddy? Wrong. Nintendo made Requiem of Darkness, Resident Evil series, Metroid Prime. I think those aren't kiddy games unless I'm an idiot like you.

I swear falcons if I new where you lived I would take out a colt .45 magnum, come by on a Schwin bicycle and fill your fucking house full of bullets. Oh and the Metroid games that came out for the GCN didn't suck. The xenon will have a 32 bit graphic system compared to the Nvidia coming out for the PS3.
