I'd like to see a thread where people who are happy about AAA'ing 5s can come post and be congratulated and encouraged, but Brag Board as a section is so full of itself, that I'm not sure it would work.

Maybe we could make a score sticky in the newbie forum. :P

That would probably be a good place to put it. I mean, I personally don't go into the newbie forum myself much at all (unless brought to it from the "latest ffr forum posts" section) and I doubt other people who AAA crazy files would either. Would probably be safe to have it there, people most likely won't try to post D11 AAA's or anything to act all "OHMYGODSUPARHAXOR1337AMAZIN" in a newbie forum would they?

The question though would be when a player should move on to the other FFR scores thread? When they can AAA D8's? When they've unlocked [heavy]?

Heavy pushes D3, which is about the mid point, so I'd say that' be around the transition period, Oni = D4 so that definitely The non amatuer section time.

It's obnoxious that no one seems to care about players of mid or lower skill level. Those who can get perfect scores on upper-level 10s or better will get noticed, everyone else gets left in the dust.

People have tried making similar threads for SM Scores but it always dies off after the first few pages...just man up n post in the FFR Scores thread

Just new users being afraid of posting I bet. I mean, eventually you can probably gather a large number of newbies, but it'll take time. An attempted thread that dies down only emphasizes such meekness. I think someone needs to maintain a newbie score thread and keep it alive. New users will not rush to post scores right away.

I posted VC AAA's in that thread and no one said a word. It's only the ridiculous scores that get noticed anymore.

There used to be a lot more newer players in MP and I think they'll come around again more once it's actually back up on the main site. There's a lot of people that play and never even look at the forums so they may not know that there's a special link to play on MP right now.
