That's what I do before playing a file, and I also crack my fingers idk if that helps or makes things worse. Now, if you regularly play a file with a difficulty of 10 (for example) play files with difficulty of 8-9 and play about 5 or 6 of those files, and make sure you play for accuracy and make loud key taps. You should also keep yourself challenged and play the most difficult files to warm you up faster (jack files, speed files)

Try sitting on your hands for 2 or 3 minutes works for me at least.

Wash your hands with warm water.

This. It works wonders with me.



Edit: For get them ready to play, I always play a streamy file, like Monstruous Turtles or Gradeus.

Warm water really doesn't do much for me.

Masturbation, on the other hand, works wonderfully. All of that friction really creates a lot of heat.
