If it ruins the current designs where we'll have to redo our backgrounds then can we have the options to keep the old style over the new?

Maybe it is nothing at all? I don't think new profiles are a priority. If there are then I guess I'll have to spend 5 minutes making a new banner.

No because the old profile code looks like someone dropped an atom bomb in a vat of PHP. Not to mention the fact that you can customize your page to be the most unviewable geocities-level piece of trash imaginable.

If they need an overhaul then they need an overhaul but people like backgrounds. I personally would argue that they're worth keeping. Customization was a big win for profile-users even if many of them do look pretty bad to most people.

I'm just asking for you to consider it.
