I don't like harder liquor straight unless it's a gigantic pussy drink (i love you gummi bear shots) but I don't like it when people say beer is made to taste like ass. GOOD beer has plenty of flavor but it's a very developed taste. Not everyone likes malt and barley.

Ugh, PBR. Could never stand the stuff, honestly; it's budget beer and even tastes worse than most budget beer I've ever had. I would usually rather have harder liquor than beer any day, though.

I will say, though, that either a Sam Adams or Guinness every now and then is quite nice.
