It seems that sometimes I go into Multiplayer I pick a song and in the first few seconds of it the engine would auto-fail me. I check the settings and I don't have auto-fail on or anything. Any one else have this problem?

ok im in need of help here, i havent played this for 2 years and im trying to find songs that other people made, not the creators of ffr but custom made songs there was one i used to play all the time but now im not sure how

I'm guessing you're referring to the simfile database. That has been disabled and will not be brought back.

Hey, i don't have permission to make my own thread so i figured i post here instead:

FFR won't load any songs anymore as of a while ago! I can go to lightdarkness FFR but that one is so laggy!!

I'm using standalone Flash 11 and the song load circle just sticks to 0. If i try just internet explorer or firefox it's the same thing!

Is FFR down? because i don't see anyone post about it.. could be just me then! help please!

Edit: Okay i just figured out that the low_res version does load songs.. this is weird
Edit2: And now it doesn't anymore.. im so confused right now

Restarting your computer often does wonders for unresponsive programs and Flash that won't budge. Give it a go if you haven't already... And try playing on low quality. Press the little 'q' on the top left hand corner of the game window to toggle the quality.

And for the thread creation, you need at least one post (which you now have) to be able to create a thread.

Thanks for the reply, although i already always play on the lowest quality and when flash starts lagging a lot i log off and on to windows to temporarily fix it. It's just that the flashflashrevolution.com version of FFR is newer and lags a lot less than the 3rd party ones but as of now it refuses to load any song.

I really wonder why, i have also deleted all temporary files on my computer and all temporary internet files as well. Anymore suggestions i could try?

Have you tried the beta engine? It might perform better/actually work on your system.

Yeah i've tried that engine aswell, somehow my computer refuses to load any song from flashflashrevolution...

Me before discovering this beta engine five minutes ago: FFR is awesome!
Me after discovering it: WHAT HAVE I BEEN DOING WITH ALL MY TIME, IT IS SO MUCH EASIER TO PLAY ON THIS ENGINE!! NO LAG OH MY GOD!

I have a problem, i have selected GHJK keys, if i press GH or JK or GHK or KJG they work correctly, but if i press GHJ or KJH they do not work. I don't know what to do to make it work, help me (I'm italian)

sounds like your keyboard is ghosting. this means that there is a limit to how many keys your keyboard can register at once.

try this and find a combination that lets you press all four
