I'm having the problem on Windows.

I was using Vista with chrome. Now I'm using XP SP3 with chrome and its failing to load the songs and recognize that my user is logged in game. Also if this helps, it also fails to load songs for spin it up, as the same problem occurs.

im having the same problem. it'll load and even show the song info but just a black background no arrows and no audio.

I have this problem on chrome and firefox but not internet explorer. There are some lag issues that I was not having before as well, even on reduced resolution, but that may or may not be because of my ****y computer.

Hmm, could it be because of XP SP3? would suck if it was, but seems like most everybody has this problem. :/

I played a game last night. Everything worked fine except for (obviously) the scores which would not record. Have you tried emptying your cache and then replaying?

I have been waiting for this game to come back around and i am havin a lot of issues. I cnat play, or do anything. Everything i have is updated to the max and i still cant play. All i get is a screen and then the song is over without me even pressing one button. I JUST WANT TO PLAY!!!!! Whats going on?

Having the same problem, empty cache, still nothing.. then I go post something at a random place and magically the next try it does work.. so I doubt it's cause of the cache for me...

I played a game last night. Everything worked fine except for (obviously) the scores which would not record. Have you tried emptying your cache and then replaying?

Nope, still doesn't work. Haven't gotten lucky and had it work once or twice either.

I'm not sure whats going on, but it worked yesterday and today it isn't working.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem... using chrome with windows 7. Tried opera and explorer and got the same. Firefox works but my game will randomly freeze for a fraction of a second every minute or so making me miss a few notes .

Songs worked on my cellphone ironically. But here on my 64 bit Windows 7 PC they don't.

I have the same issue, on windows 7 64-bit, chrome, firefox. It also fails on my mac, osx 10.6, safari, firefox.

same here, songs load to 100% immediately and then no arrows appear
