Most definately..

You will also have your console blacklisted and maybe even you IP/name and or credit card info, Microsoft doesn't take that lightly now a days due to all the kids having their xboxs modded/flashed.

But, what you can do is make a side offline profile and play campaign that way if you can't wait.

I played already completely disconnected from the internet. Epic ending. Hopefully they don't see the achievement dates :X

Horizontally if you have a disc inside the tray. Other than that like if you play games off the hard drive it doesn't matter.
