Until recently, they've had a lot of questions at virtually every position. They're riding a hot streak, but I expect them to fade as the season wears on. There are number of teams that are playing well but with some questions.

In regards to the Steelers, I wouldn't say they have a terrible offense at all. Remember, that terrible offense won the game in Superbowl XLIII. Roethlisberger is on pace for a great season, with almost 2,500 yards so far. Rashard Mendenhall has been performing quite well, and the O-line is finally getting it together. I think I should also mention the presence of Superbowl MVPs Hines Ward and Santonio Holmes, along with Heath Miller (easily one of the best tight ends in the league), and Mike Wallace (an excellent rookie).

I think the stats and rings at the end of the year will speak for themselves, just as they did last year. All the trendy picks of the season of course will fall by the wayside, as they almost always do, and the pundits and fans continue to show that they don't really have much of a grasp on the sport they invest so much time in. Meanwhile, the best teams show up and get it done in the end, with no regard to what columnists have to say.
I agree with pretty much all you're saying except about Cincinnati. With as good as Pittsburgh is, 2 of their 3 losses are to Cincy. Don't forget that they "should" be 8-1 if not for a flukey play to end the game against Denver. They've swept The Steelers and The Ravens... That's not easy to do.

They've got back to back road games at Minnesota and at Sand Diego, and if they win both of those games, then I'd be afraid to face them in the playoffs for sure... I see them going 13-3.

What the **** is this? You just said they have a bad defense, yet contradict yourself by saying it takes a good defense to win games? They've won all of them so far...

What makes the Saints good is not that they've won all their games, but how they've been able to win in the different situations. They win games that they're supposed to, St. Louis; they can come back from a huge defecit and win in double digits, Miami; and they have the ability to simply outscore any opponent.

          Voted for Saints.
I knew I liked you. This is exactly my situation save the vote. I voted Indy.

The Saints have the easiest remaining schedule in football. The only team that would be a challenge for them in the regular season will be the Patriots, who will undoubtedly lose.

As for the post season I have no predictions other than the colts and saints will remain undefeated until they play each other

We'll see, the Chargers are hot right now..... + im a Charger fan so i gotta stick up for them. Yes the Steelers are good but it would be a good match up at this point in the season. The chargers have been the same for the past couple of years, they start off very slow and nobody believes in them, then they have a good game, all the sudden they are definite playoff contenders, meanwhile the broncos start off good then go downhill from there opening a window for the Chargers to win the AFC west, then sadly lose in the playoffs , but you never know whats gonna happen so lets just wait and see.

Saints: If you're counting the Giants as an exception, look in their division at a team that at the moment is doing better than them... New Orleans Dismantled Philly

Colts: They have played tougher teams, but they haven't been as convincing... they barely survived Jacksonville, 49ers, and got lucky against New England... Indy could easily be 6-3. However, the fact that they aren't makes them #2 right now

I wouldn't rule out New England OR Dallas on their schedule, especially since they might start benching players for the post season by the time Dallas rolls in.

Pittsburgh and San Diego already played this year, Pitt won by 10. I don't disagree with you, but both teams have been pretty consistent as far as making it to the post season goes. They're both solid teams. I'd take SD over Denver as well.

I forgot to mention that the Chargers will start there Prow Bowl center Nick Hardwick who got injured in...... I think it was the 1st game. With him back Rivers will have more time in the pocket allowing better decisions and more accurate throws
