by a literal interpretation of the constitution, perhaps that's a violation, but part of the contract you sign (actually, that your parent's sign) when you're enrolled in public school limits the capacity of your first amendment right.
while you're certainly allowed to express yourself, public schools do reserve the right to limit your expression if it's causing considerable disruption in the classroom as it seems to be the case here.
