I know it might be ironic i'm saying that even though I'm posting half an hour before day ends, but let's just say I stayed out a little too late last night

I mean, think about an example like this in real life...you're a judge, and someone's facing life in prison. You as the judge has to decide if this person is guilty. You have some evidence that says that the defendant is not guilty and he didn't actually commit the crime, but you say "**** it, GUILTY!" because you don't wanna work overtime.

That sounds real shitty now doesn't it?

well, for starters, no one has a real reason for voting for him besides the fact that he's being more active than usual. but I don't think it's because he's a wolf... if anything, he's SUPER inactive when he's a wolf... see, when BDN was being active last game on night 1, he was being REALLY active to the point that it was unusual for him, leading the wolves to kill him. so I'll just say, I don't think gun is acting THAT out of character.

I think that both freeze and panda are human, though I could see freeze being a wolf. I unfortunately have not seen either of them on AIM so I can't say much.

a2p, why are you voting for gun? there is no evidence really besides that he just accused someone to start things up... again, I'm confused as to why we all vote for people for simply trying to defend themselves (example, me last game). no matter what role a person has, they will try to save their ass, so it's very difficult to tell when a person defending himself is a wolf and when he isn't.

but ok, w/e. still would rather have bdn and red's replacements have no phantoms. voting freeze for now on a hunch that gun is not a wolf. will change back to gun if there is no insta at 3:55 EST

Yes, i realize that this could easily be true. And i would concur with you if he hadn't made this post:

So Maaaaandy (lolol), I know I'm a bit late into this but you asked what I thought "Gun was onto" exactly. I think he's onto something with premature pressure. I'm normally adverse to it, seeing as it normally comes from Afro, but maybe I was so willing to jump onboard because the night phase was pretty drawn out, and I'm eager for things to start unfolding.

Also, after reading over past games so many times, I've realized that Gun often plays the silent type, and people grill him for it in the post game. He finally takes an avid stance, and people jump on him for it. At the same time, I've noticed theres like a hidden guideline that says apathetic humans = wolf, but I don't think this applies here, it honestly seems to be out of frustration.

Going to change my vote to a safety on Maki for the time being. My vote didn't seem to get the response from Freeze like I expected. He seems to be playing the observing type, rather than a reactive type

Everything about this post is suspicious to me. The way he explained his reasoning for his vote. The way he gets out of voting for me. The way he tries to explain away guns erratic behavior. Now that ive had time to think about it, i could be dead wrong and hes just another innocent green who made all the wrong moves. But he could also be a wolf. Honestly now i'm not so sure, i know what its like now to have votes against you as a green. Not a very nice feeling. But he hasn't even tried to defend himself and i don't see any solid evidence that would refute my line of thinking, so i'm going to have to stick with my vote on panda.

Thanks to the others who got their vote in before it was too late. Was off with the family myself. Figured I'd be around to force an insta at the last minute, but I couldn't manage it. ps I think it's hilarious that someone made the connection back to BDN from last game, because that is EXACTLY what I was thinking, but didn't want to say anything because it could implicate him. So congrats, guys, I bet you just lynched our seer!

As end of day nears, it is often quite clear who will end up dead. If there is only 10 minutes to deadline and the vote leader is ahead by many votes and has been ahead consistently for a long time, he will die. For sure. Votes after this event horizon are COMPLETELY irrelevant. No matter what is done, the man will die. Even if some huge information comes to light right at the end (like, say, if gun popped up and said "**** don't kill me, I'm the seer!"), there wouldn't be enough people online to change the results in this sort of case.

But some people still might not have voted, particularly dumbass greens. So if we can get people to force an insta and abuse the intended purpose of an insta mere minutes (or SECONDS) before deadline, we can save them from receiving phantoms.

I am pretty sure that gun was human myself, but if I had been around, I would have voted for him. Why? Because it was clear that nothing I could do could stop him from dying, but by pushing him to death, I could help the children among us who failed to vote during the day.

But speaking of phantoms and instas, maybe this game mechanic should be tweaked. It's kind of bogus for us to abuse it like this to be honest. The point of it is so that if a person is waiting until late in the day to vote and an insta happens early in the day, they won't be penalized, but we pull instas right at the deadline to abuse this. It's not as though people are waiting until the final SECOND to vote to save themselves from phantoms.

ps again, read my recent post in the rules thread. I think we should do away with phantoms and substitutions. If you want to sign up for a game and not play it, your team should suffer for it, and if you make a habit of it, you shouldn't be allowed to play anymore. You ****s are too soft on inactivity and allowing people to repeatedly sign up when they don't truly intend to play. I've even heard of ****s ABUSING the substitution system to appear human when they're a wolf. What the ****.
