Not bad not bad. I'm going to temperarally put it on the site to see how I like it. Until then keep submiting. Also could you round off the edges and put them to the background color?

Also maybe a cooler font.

So i did something too, it's nothing special actually i put it together very shortly, just had some ideas and wanted to use stepmania stuff in a work anyways. So here you go:




This works best on dark background (like your homepage), of course i made one with transparent too, but you wouldn't see it on the forums background, so here is the png:

I like it actually but I think mac may have you beat.

MacMaxi: If you could put a border of some kind around your image and maybe play around with the fonts a bit I yours will be a definate canidate.

Also Don't forget I need a logo as well.

I guess you mean the border that is cutting the border of your hompage, but you didn't put in the .png. Because if you would put it in instead of the .jpg the border will be visible. It's always useful to read what i write. :P

For the Logo... i need some time for it, i dont know if i should replace the sm logo or not.

Also i think i should stretch it a little bit to match the size of the site (at maximized screen ofc).

If you have any information, what exactly you want then put it in, say it! It will help me to fulfill your request as accurate as possible.

So, i got a new idea but i think it turned out pretty bad, due to the page building. The header is changing width depending on the browser size, so i had to build a header that fits almost all sizes, which is kinda impossible if you want to put some background in.

But nevertheless i tryed something. I made it 1600 px so even on uber sized computer its looking not too bad.

Again please don't upload the .jpg, but the .png. If you have a problem putting in a .png image i can help you with that one too.

Oh yeah and make sure you watch it at 100% there may be some display errors otherwise.

Edit: No i couldn't think of a good logo, maybe you can give some ideas yourself? If anyone want's to do something i can build it in the header or something. I tryed editing the SM logo but it looks good as it is

Well i hope you stay online for a bit, or do you have a chat or something like that?

Well the logo is a bit small i cant scale it properly, do you have an larger image of it, otherwise i guess i will recreate it as a vector image.

Also it dosen't let you save it as .png?

then put it into the image folder of your webspace. Then you only have to change the path that is in the html file to header.png instead of header.jpg and youre done!

If you need help maybe you could send me your FTP sever and password and i could do it for you.
