Wow Mal, whata share! You just fancied me for a rpg. Now, it's a hard decision between that or Kamari.
Never really played Uncharted, just the demo, but it was pretty fun. I love Naughty Dog, classic Crash games. I'm going to try to buy it, so I can get Uncharted 2, because it looks REALLY good.
Cleared Demon's Souls. Took 30 hours, I did the levels in the wrong order accidentally making the game WAY harder than it should have been, and played an almost strictly melee class (most guides online are for ranged people, and involve a lot of running away).
When you play the game, the proper order of things is 1-1, 2-1, 3-1, 4-1, 5-1, 1-2, 2-2... etc. Each level has 3 areas except Level 1, which has 4, so that should be a tipping point that you should probably end on Level 1-4. But it was not a tipping point for me.
I played 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2, 2-3, 1-3, 1-4, 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3.
1-4 has THE hardest boss in the game, but I managed to beat it with the help of another fellow I summoned into my game. I was wondering why 1-3, 1-4 were so goddamned hard. Turns out, you're supposed to play them later. Made everything past 3-1 kind of easier, though. All in all, most pleased. Might dabble with the game a little more later, who knows.

Hey guys, random semi off topic post, but I got my ps3 back up and my psn is the same as my ffr sn so add me if you want. I play lbp killzone 2, Resistance, etc.

Awesome game by the way. The box says since I haven't tried it yet that there will be 3 player coop for this. Sounds pretty cool but playing through by myself if is great in it's own. You won't be disappointed like every 10 seconds something amazing happens in this game but that's all I'm going to say I won't spoil this epic game.
Demon's Souls is highly recommended by me, and UC2 does have 3 player co-op. The Multiplayer demo they released has one level of that, and it's pretty sweet.

Easily the best game on the PS3. If you liked Uncharted, the sequel will blow your mind away. Just completed it now, mind = blown. If you've never played the first one, it'll still blow you away. Worth the money, or just rent it, whatever, it doesn't matter. All that matters is if you have a PS3, you need to play this game. Promptly.
Thought the first game would be a hard act to follow but the sequel is 100 times better.
Gameplay is phenomenal. It's the same as Uncharted but with a few additional features in the hand to hand combat and stealth. The game is all gameplay as well, even the ****ing cutscenes, and it's not some crap QTE either. Some parts you're like, "Holy crap what the hell just happened that was INSANE". The only real cutscenes in the game are plot development ones, for example, "Look at this map we're going here". The game has something special if it's able to make you feel like you're watching a movie. It's so engrossing it's unbelievable and you're controlling this stuff every step of the way.
Speaking of engrossing the story is brilliant. There are a few dents in the few predictable and cliche moments but otherwise it's really something highly enjoyable to get deeper into. Of course the star of the show Nathan Drake makes this experience what it is. He's one of the best design characters in any game I've ever played. The guy could make the most mundane game seem outstanding to play. He's hilarious.
Graphically, this game is best right now on the PS3. Seriously I wouldn't be surprised if the game has the best graphics of any game out atm. I am thankful to have a HD TV as some of the places in the game are breathtaking. I couldn't help but just stare. I even got my parents to look. Just to show the closest person how visually stunning this game is.
The online is exactly what the game needed to keep it going, and I'm glad they spent so long making the game because of it. It's fantastic. The game now keeps a firm grasp on you with the hours of replay value. You never thought Uncharted would work so well online. Imagine a gears of war - but with characters that don't move like the titanic. Well just imagine uncharted, online. That's exactly what it is. It's awesome.
I'm running out of steam. It's the best game of 2009 k.
Only 2 trophies I'm missing from UC2 are Hard difficulty and Crushing. I don't know if I'll play those modes, but it's still a fantastic game.
