This tournament involves you doing awkward, challenging or just plain stupid missions i have assigned to each level.

Only way I can do it. Well, I haven't really tried without using the turbo controller.

Wait, 16 stars? don't you need like, well, a way higher number of stars to get to that door leading to the "endless" stairs right after Tick Tock?

No, you do the same thing as the endless staircase and you glitch through the door.

It's REALLY hard to pull off, because you only get the short distance of the stairs to get the flying up the stairs effect. I had gotton good at it, so it only takes me 3 or so tries.

Just check out a video of it if you're struggling.

Sure thing ;P I remember when I first found this out i'd go up the staircase, but go through the wall and end up in Wet-Dry xD

Well he said using an emulator would work, so i'm more than positive a screen rec. program would work just fine.

Also, every once in a while, you'll find yourself stuck in like a wall, or you'll teleport into another room or some sh*t like that..

And not in - I don't have an N64 available, and I'll do awful on an emulator.

Playing with your keyboard for SM64 is like playing SM64S. I can't stand not using a joystick controller to play it.
