Well I'm not sure why they pulled aggro unless the tank literally just intended to face-pull them all the way to the back before doing anything.
I went back later as the tank in a 1-tank 2-heal run and we 1-shotted it with no problems at all, so whether it was a bad healer or a bad tank, I say *shrug* and also *I did better as both a healer and a tank so nyah nyah*Comment

This is why I've learned if I'm going to cast any preparation heals on a tank, I need to fade along with it.

We lagged too badly to even try.
We had ToC10 planned for tonight and I was going to get the last 11 Emblems I needed for all four pieces of T9. We go in there and start wrecking stuff up but I'm noticing several things. One, people are dying. That never happens. Two, the tanks aren't getting heals often enough. That never happens.
During the transition between Gormok and the worms, I notice that one of the tanks has pretty much no health on him, but no impales, so he's not dying. But he's also not getting any heals! I thought maybe the healers are having connection problems, so I start spamming heals on him. None of them go through. It doesn't heal any health and it doesn't show up as a heal that I had done in my scrolling text. And then he dies once the worm pops up and bites him.
Called it and decided to cram all of our raids into one night since they can't ever get patch night done right.
Ya'know, if they announced patches in advance, raiders could schedule around these nights. This was one of just a handful of nights we had available for all of our core raiders and now we have to rely on a cram night to get our raids in, minus some key members. Needless to say, it's just a little frustrating.Comment

I got into the second best guild on my server. Its fun being part of a raid that actually is smooth and 1shots everything. I lose Justicebringer by 1dkp but I will get it next time it drops because now nobody else needs it. woot

You don't join a top guild just for the gear. You want to join these guilds for the experience of completing game content. I mean, how exciting would it be to go with a guild who can down Algalon? I'd pass on all gear just to do it.

Back at 70, as a fairly fresh 70 in mostly blues and - resilience, I made a 2v2 team with an equally ungeared level 70 guildmate of mine. We played 3 skirmishes, lost all three in under 20 seconds each, and I've never set foot in an arena since.
Mind you, now I have a holy spec, and 9 or 10 pieces of pvp gear (mostly 213, a 226 and a 245) and so once I get a few more, I might see about poking my head back in.Comment
