well, nobody forced you to read this thread, and even after you clicked on it, you could have realized you don't care about it and left and not posted. any time wasted reading this was a result of your own choices. you continuing to post here when its a waste of time is like me continuing to play ffr when its bad. the only real difference is that i'm not really playing ffr anymore, but you're still posting here.

there are way more problems than just the small screen (not that lowering the speed mod would help anyway) none of them are comfortable at all. why not have custom speed mods? it couldn't be much harder to code than the choices available now.

as far as i can see, the only thing someone might like about ffr that isn't in sm is the ranking thing... but that's done stupidly... or maybe a couple files that haven't been made for sm yet.... yeah, thats about it. in any other way, sm is better or equal... oh its also customizable as hell so you could make it like ffr if you wanted... but everyone is entitled to their own opinions i suppose

The only way to can make SM like FFR is by its looks. Other than that, you'd have to change scoring, timing windows blahblahblah. Yes you are very right though, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Someone who gives their opinion also subjects themselves to being bitched at. I do though sir, agree with a few of the things you say, but you're very biased.

of course my opinions are biased... they're opinions lol. but yea, ffr's timing windows are too big, unless you like mashing, i can't imagine how you could prefer them... and you can change the timing in sm in like 5 seconds, its incredibly easy. and the scoring in ffr is based almost entirely on comboing, which is just silly. an awesome run with incredible PA etc. but 1 or 2 bs misses will get a lower score than a mashed fc? how could anyone think thats reasonable?

lol, i completely missed this. such a small comment, yet it manages to display such terrible reading comprehension skills. i gave reasons why it sucks and said that those things also made me bad (or at least worse) at it. not a single thing i sad was the equivalent of saying "it's bad because i suck at it". the closest you could get to that is something like "it sucks for several reasons and those reasons also make me bad at it". which is COMPLETELY different.

Very true. I hate the scoring system based on combo. I think anyone does. I know, but changing them also takes a little bit of knowledge about how it works. Yes, in SM you can change it to where you can mash AAAAA a song without even seeing one note.

Community, Not a waste of space, pretty easy. it takes a little bit of skill to get used to, because if you're so good at SM you aren't so hot on here, as you have shown to us, assuming you're decent at SM.

Now that I have said that, most of the people who have moved over from SM to play FFR for a little bit usually rape. So, you must just suck all together.

I used to prefer sm over ffr but unfortunately I don't have a computer of my own anymore so I really don't have a choice. Although, I still like ffr because it's convenient to play and fun none the less
