HOW TO GET SONGS ON TO STEPMANIA

Still not working for me -.-
I have Stepmania 3.9 for the right version of computer. I downloaded the songs I want and unzipped them. I made sure all the right files were in the folders for the songs, and put the song's folders under the "Songs" category in the Stepmania file.
They still won't work for me.
So I went into options and selected "reload songs". Still nothing
(And don't say something like "shoot yourself if you can't get it to work" We're not all computer geniuses, and that's trolling. Have nothing useful and productive to say, shuddap.)
(I'm not sure if WinAmp will let me change where it unzips to, but I'll check up on that and see if it works then)

I have it set up:
C:/My Documents/StepMania/Songs/All Songs/Individual Song Folders

OK, I have ABSOLUTELY no idea. I've tried everything everyone has said. Currently, in my documents, I have "StepMania", click on it and there is a lot of crap. Can someone hold my hand? And will songs from DDRUK work?

I got nearly all DDR versions and some dwi that makes me 602 songs, and, yes, i AA paranoia survivor max in rate 1.5 and speed 1

I figured out how to do it. Go into My Computer, click on the C drive, then program files, then StepMania, then songs. Make a mix (Your name Mix) as a folder. Take a song folder you want and insert it into that mix. So it should be like this... ex. Butterfly and blah mix

C:/Program Files/StepMania/Songs/blah mix/Butterfly/dwi, sm, bg banner, etc. for Butterfly

The folder 'Songs/MaxX Eternally Unlimited' contains music files.

This means that you have a music outside of a song folder.
All song folders must reside in a group folder. For example, 'Songs/DDR 4th Mix/B4U'.

this is too hard, i put all the files in the right folders and it still doesnt work. i quit and i really dont want to download all the mp3s and dwi's png's and all that separate like in bluedragons link.

This means that you have MaxX Eternally Unlimited in C:/Program Files/StepMania/Songs/MaxX Eternally Unlimited/music stuff

You may also have it inside your mix, but it is also out there. Delete it out of Songs (not your mix), then it should work.
