Now that that's out of the way... I actually used to be a lot like that. I put several holes in my wall and I would always get pissed at everything. My mother had to pay a few hundred dollars to repair everything. I've become the complete opposite though. Mostly because I defined my own perception instead of letting it run wild. I used to think that way too. I still do, to an extent. Instead of trying to be the best you can be, simply seek to improve without expectations. I'm not aiming for specific goals, I'm aiming to become better at the things I do, regardless of anyone else. The outcomes of your efforts should only be a bonus; not your driving goal.

Hell, I used to rage over Mario Kart, of all things. But that's not much different than raging over something like Stepmania. In MK, you have little control of what happens due to the randomness. In SM/FFR, you're not using anything methodical to play the game. You're just using very basic coordination skills (to a far extent) that you have very little actual control over.

You could also work on censoring yourself. <_< You just feel so much better once you remove aggressive and vulgar tendencies. There's times when I start swearing more often, but then I usually kick it and notice that I do feel better overall.
