EDIT: I don't know much about digital camcorders, but, will this one do? I'll buy like, a 256MB flash card with it, because I don't want to spend over $100 just to make a video of me playing StepMania.

webcams are stupid. just save up and buy a digital camera that you can use for everything. actually, see if you can get a non digital one. those are cheaper, and theyre actually higher quality too.
