Well i just finished FCing all 6 and under songs...but only 30% of the songs...thats pretty weird =/ so its basically 1-6-30% 7-12 70%. this game was designed for the better players =P
edit: actually i Fced 20 or so songs 7+ which makes it more off balanced. hmm
really the problem is twofold
-the vast majority of songs when stepped with a spread-biased style can produce a hard chart
-the people who tend to be better at stepping songs (= they get their charts in) are typically better players which means they typically seek out songs with the potential of about their playing level and step them with something they'd like to play
there is an argument on the other hand: you spend more time in the 8-12 range than you do in the 1-6 range so there should be more variety there, or something like that
edit: tbh dead and direct wouldn't be that bad without MEGA ROLL OF DEATH THAT CHANGES DIRECTIONS WITH A TINY GAP
if those are actually 5 note 64th bursts and not 7 like I stepped it fml

That burst was hard until I found it was just a roll + double staircase + incomplete roll with a straggler, but the harder burst is further into the song. It's just awkward as hell.
