Ok, now I am going to be very friggin blunt in this post and very straightforward. There are a couple things I want to address and what I say here and now STANDS.

I, Krunkykai22, MetalAtlas, Norsegod, Halogen, Gun, GG_Guru, KotHN, etc. have put way to much into this team to be deemed as a horrible team. However one of my god damn leaders decided to do something I never expected.

GG_Guru = man im not gonna worry about proper god damn english in this right now cause im pissed off to high heavens. You are effin kicked off the team as of now, i can NOT believe the crap you pulled on me today and the crap you constantly keep doing. when i brought you on this team EVERYONE warned me about you, but i AALWAYS had your back no matter what, and you effin spit on my face and you effin now you did. I'm so disappointed that you would do that. yes you got us some more members, wooptie fkin dee. but your actions as a leader disgrace the name of FKO and i will NOT stand for it. You were kicked off of team blue for going against someone who has authority here in fko. Get it effin straight. First you start off on metal, who is wayyyyyy above you, then all of a sudden it goes to heyyy let me start on krunky. bad mother effin choice. reall bad. I am listening to everyone now and the decision has been set. end of effin story.

MetalAtlas/Norsegod - get the eff along with eaach other end of story. I know you guys have probs with one another mentality about shti, but seriously, we are a team and thats where it ends, we work TOGETHER.

i must say this, TC_Halogen, Gun92 are exactly the people FKO needs. They haven't done a damn thing wrong besides helping the team and supporting it. I will follow what they do and thast it. Henceforth, TC_Halogen and Gun92 have the same authority in my eyes and in the eyes of the team. Period. Thank you guys for understanding the concept of what FKO really means.

Norse, You have helped me out SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much and you will never get anything less than full respect from me.

I'm directing something towards another person, who_cares (carlos) ... man, i cant express how happy i am you came around and joined fko. You have done alot and your little rant in that post made the choice for this next statement. I would like to promote you as squad commander for the team. What you will do is take over control of all the members. You deal with there problems and complaints. You come to ALL the leaders and discuss what you feel should be necessary and we either approve or give you advice. Accept? I feel you really do deserve that.

I may come off as a dick sometimes this i know, but guys, listen, metal and i have put SO much effort into this team, and we dont want to be looked at as the bad guys. we are trying our damnest to make a team that is happy fun and a family. family yes. just the word. halogen and gun have proved it to you guys so follow the leaders so to say right?

From this post on if ANYONE has a problem with something PM one of the leaders about it, it does not have to be just me, it can be any of them. If you feel it needs to be addressed to everyone then by all means please post about it, but PLEASE do so in a respectful manner if you dont mind.

Thanks again for reading this post and yes this is one way to show that I wasn't kidding about taking charge. Someone has to be the bad guy, might as well be me =/.

With Guru gone and that post that Krunky made, I'd like to make a suggestion.

Promote Gun to the 8th leader spot since it is completely uninhabited. Norse, you are great at what you do, and personally, I think you should be a leader just like you have been with Team Blue.

Up to Krunky to take the action, but it's how I feel.

Ok one more thing that AJ has brought to my attention as well as you ALL, we are throwing away the AP system. SImply because it is garbage and doesn't work. You don't need to postwhore in here to prove your active. Just post in here once in a while saying hey or w.e i dont give a shti lol. If you have ideas, please let us know in here as well people. At first I read this like Team Blue was dead. I then read it like it was supposed to be read.

When you work in the shadows like I do it really is nice to get recognition once in a while. Krunky, you have never been afraid to ask a question regarding your team. I respect that about you. You are not afraid to ask for help. I had offered many times to be the bad guy but that post, IMO, is exactly what people needed to understand that this team is srs business. If you are here to cause trouble then just gtfo. I applaud krunky for taking this team by the balls and straightening everyone out.

iirc AJ was working on a system that you might want to look into. When I saw it there were still a few things that needed worked out but all in all it was coming along quite nice.
