If you give people enough warning about when the mp tournament will be, they should be able to figure out a way to get online at that time, ignoring the timezones. you should also make it that they cant sign up if they cant make it, just so there isnt too many byes.

if somone doesnt make it the next person advances to the next round.

this is something that would take a lot of effort and mod help but its definately something somone should look into doing, itd be fun.
