Pretty self explanatory, you shouldn't aim to be wooke, otherwise you'll get stuff he gets instead of getting what you can get 8D

Also for better speed training, trying to do 300 bpm 16th streams with ridiculously uncomfortable patterns isn't really going to help. Try lower rates like .9 which is 270 bpm 16th stream that will help a lot
