Well I meant at the time he claims his stats were "basically the same as mine" and he went into D3 and I went into D2. Because if he had 2 or more, it was all Sprite-'s fault not mine :P

He had 0 TPS, 60 AAAs and 265 FCs. I still have the whole list of divisions and stats ;p

Ah, so by "the same as me" he meant "Twice the AAAs"

Besides, I didn't make any choices for people being in D3, Didn't I basically just make an attempt to rank everyone with 0 TPs into D1 and D2, and then you went over the top bunch of people in 2, and the bottom bunch in 3 and switched a few in and out?

You had 20 AAAs and 189 FCs. So he had 3x the AAAs.

Yeah, I honestly don't remember. If it was me, I probably saw a good score on one song that would make him D3. I don't take any chances. If someone has fairly low scores, but then has a FMO AAA, they're automatically going in at least D4, because who knows if they actually tried or not?

Sprite, I'm curious, how do you rank people based on their stats? Do you use like some formula to determine this? (I highly doubt it :P)

He looks at AAAs, FCs and Tier points.. hes also done this for like the last 3 tournies so hes pro

Last year, a list was generated of all the users in the tourney, including most of the stats you'd figure would be relevant, and evaluations were made based on that, with some direct manual consulting of people's profile/levelrank page.

Considering all my AAAs were on songs lower then Tricky...I don't think that qualified me for D3...thats the point I was trying to make. I didn't think any of the stats I had qualified me for anything higher then D2. You also don't have to be a dick. I said what I said because that's what I was told on how you split people up. It doesn't matter now.

Too bad I won't be entering.
This account is Blacklisted, but I have an alt with all my tier points and crap on it but i wont want to enter with an alt account.

Ill be keeping track of the tourney though, I wonder what division i would be in at 309 tier points?
