It varies between players. Some people find that playing on Judge 7 for awhile can help improve your MA. Others, like me, just play a lot of simple and straightforward MA files and improve from there. I find that listening to both the song and your keytaps at the same time works very well for MA'ing because you can then distinguish between the time it takes for your keyboard to register a Marvelous and when you have to hit it. And playing with headphones on might work. Personally, I play with headphones on so I can filter out any outside noise that can break my concentration on my accuracy and I can hear the song much more clearly as compared to Stereo or 5.1 Speakers.

Thanks for the comments, i'll post more scores when i get some "decent" stuff.
For Cyberia style I find it cool default 3.9 sm theme with pastel colors is -.-'.
