That bms simulator is called rhythm-it and you can download and get some information of it from here EDIT: Direct link for download

There are other cool bms simulators just like the one in the video.

Once you got bms simulator, you need bms files to play. There are so many bms files on the Internet but honestly I don't know of any decent starter packs or etc. Better find them by your own D: or hopefully someone here will help you finding them
