Re: Sprite's Avmiss Tournament - Post Qualification Scores NOW!
finally
As life gets longer, awful feels softer and it feels pretty soft to me. And if it takes **** to make bliss well I feel pretty blissfully. If life's not beautiful without the pain, well I'd rather never even ever see beauty again. As life gets longer, awful feels softer, and it feels pretty soft to me.
I made cheating more difficult to accomplish by adding some things to the page. Since this tournament is run from a site other than ffr.com, this needs to be done. From now on, a screenshot should include at the bear minimum this:
You will notice at the top that there is a section with a scroll bar. Make sure that you scroll down and to the right to show the signature which has your account name on it. Also make sure the credit to FFR on the top of the page is included on the screenshot. I'm sorry that I am making this so difficult, but I want to make sure prizes are going to people who are strictly legit. Thanks :]
Please let me know if anyone has any technical problems with this and I will be glad to help.
Re: Sprite's Avmiss Tournament - Post Qualification Scores NOW!

Wouldn't it be better to show the upper right corner of the page with the stats and avatar instead of the signature?
Also it says "s iframes to view this" at the bottom. Shouldn't that be show or enable?
edit: actually I see that's a mistake, you should remove that extra bit in the page

I was thinking that, but we might have resolution problems because that is text and not an image, so not everyone will be able to do it.

I don't see what you mean. If you have iframes enabled, it shouldn't show any text at all.
You must have had a copy of one of the iframes somewhere in the code and deleted one of them, but some of the text was left behind. Just look near the bottom of the page in your source code.
Re: Sprite's Avmiss Tournament - Post Qualification Scores NOW!
Yes, but that only shows in IE's source code, not with Firefox.
If I look in the source code in IE, it shows two end html codes, but in Firefox source it shows correct. I think IE has a problem with iframes. I'm going to check it out. I haven't used IE in a while.
Edit: Found the problem. Thanks for pointing it out. IE is very picky with code.

I'm using firefox and see the mistake, I think you're seeing a cached view of it, and I do see the mistake in the code.
Here it is:
</body>
</html>
s iframes to view this.</iframe>
</center>
<br>
<br>
</body>
</html>
Stupid forums is making me post really slow.
oh duh, the page is in php, so that's not what you see and I see you have it fixed, so oh well
