They want you to host it to a site and then send them a PM to the link of the file. Just use MediaFire, it gets the job done. =)

sendspace/mediafire etc are all fine, please avoid megaupload because i don't like waiting 45 seconds to download files >.<

Just choose the file to upload, click the 'ive read the terms blah' thing and upload, you don't need to put in an email in sendspace...
