Yeah I know it's sad.
I've been listening to Sharpnel for like 6 years. I always hated the 'yayayaaaa YAAYAAAA' opening, so I always skipped it. Then today I heard it and I was like "screw it I dont want to get my iPod out to change it... wtf...... WTF...!! OMG :O COOOOOLLLLLLL"
Then my teacher was all "wutchu swearin for" So I gave him my iPod and he was like wtf.

I need help.

YOU can help, by playing through some 7 - 12 files and picking out a few from each that would be good files to test skill on.

I need the following in each:
- Stamina Based Song
- Stream Based Song
- JumpStream Based Song
- Complex Based Song

Complex would be Venitian Snares type songs.

That will get us for a total of 24 songs to base our One Handers skill off of.
A few rules:
Only Difficulties 10, 11, and 12 can contain ROCK genre songs, and I don't recommend them.
No Mash files.

Stamina: Full Combo, less than 7 Boos, less than 7 Averages, PA is irrelevant.
Stream: Full Combo, no Boos, no Averages, less than 35 Goods.
JumpStream: Full Combo, less than 7 Boos.
Complex: Less than 7 Misses, less than 7 Boos, less than 70 Goods/Averages each)

Fiery Dragon, Sorcery, Diabolus, Necrosis, Cataclysm, SDG 4 min, You're a Freak!, Flaming Skies, and Sailing Through the Stratosphere have all been acheived by me. Some of these I've given out without thinking.. *cough* Necrosis *cough*

I'm counting my tiers now btw...

Just a random question, but why do almost all of these scores have a different speed mod? Stay consistent, dick.

I'm raising my speedmod to adjust to 2.25 on FFR...though it hasn't been so successful on FFR. but as a result, I'm just as bad as when I stopped playing for SM, despite my accuracy and skill having gone way up.


Zageron, that's an interesting system you've got going there. How will you use the ratings to accurately convert to max points and scores, though? I assume it'd be through deliberation of sorts, especially since some of my standards might to be too high for some people.

Also, nice survive score Card Man. Big improvement there. o_o

I updated my post with further information, but it's still in the works and isn't really the idea I had before. My idea is too complicated to write down. (Also I'd probably write a program for it.)

Yeah Another thing. To keep the competition up is that once you get a Score in one of the four categories that superceeds a previous one, THAT score replaces it.

Ex.

Achieved
Level 7 Stream
Level 8 Stream
Level 9 Stream
Level 10 Stream
Level 11 Stream Anything lower than this doesn't count. -- So you only get 11 Points added onto your score.

Goals
Level 12 Stream

Your total score can consist of anything.
For ex.
Best Achievements
Stream (12) - 12p
Stamina (10) - 10p
JumpStream (7) - 7p
Complex (11) - 11p

Bonuses
Jumpstream (7) +1p for Clean SDG (x.0.0.0)
Stream (12) +2p for Clean Run (xx.0.0.0)
Complex (11) +1p for Booless (xx.x.0.0)

Etc... Total score would then be 12+10+7+11+1+2+1

Zag I pick Perfect Cherry Storm for Complex lvl 11
It's not mash but it's pretty hard. Took me awhile to FC it and I got Single Digit Boo's so it's fine.
As for Streams and others I'll try finding songs.
