Hmm... some of my favorites would have to be Pokemon, Star Ocean III: TTEOT (though the plot twist was a major :/ for me), KH1, any Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, Golden Sun, and FFR.
However my top favorites are Pokemon Puzzle League, Banjo-Kazooie (I never got a chance to play Tooie) and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. God I loved the N64.

I haven't played any FF, Chrono, and the likes, which is why none of them are on this list :/

Hard to say.

Diablo II LoD was awesome especially with the Druid and the 1.10 update. I won't bore anyone with a giant wall of text on why this game is so awesome, so I'll leave it at that.

And then there's Socom: Combined Assault, which was really good in online [compared to Socom 4: Confrontation] and had exquisite graphics for the PS2 generation. Even if it was rated T, every age group [excluding adults over 30] was attracted to it. I heard a freaking 9 year old on a mic playing the dam game. Lolz. Plus, it was technical too, if you wanted to be pro, that is.

If I go deeper, Diablo II LoD wins, but if I leave it at that, Socom wins. 1-for-1.
