I'm not going to watch the video because I hate when people do this kind of stuff to animals AND THEN FILM IT. No, I don't want to see you maul a poor cat and I don't think any other sane person wants to either. Then there's the fact that he's a dumb **** too for doing the whole 'Oh look I'm going to put a video on the internet of me doing something illegal. I definitely can't get caught for it hehe.' God I'm so pissed at this kid and I haven't even watched the video. I hope he realizes how many people hate him right now.

Oh and definitely get this ****er tried as an adult.

well hes being tried as an adult becasue of how severe it was. he had this planned out.

Should adults get tried as children if their crimes are not severe then? No.

if you wanna go that route though, all kids under the age of 18 can commite murder, rape, and other high felony crimes, get put in a kiddy prison, and then get let out when they are 21.

If young children do high felony crimes they aren't released when they turn 21 or 18 or what has you. (Even when tried as children.)

Their sentencing might be far less then if they were adults, but in most cases they still go to prison right after juvie when they turn 18.

Rofl, what? Umm, no. Absolutely not. He would get charged for animal cruelty. You can't charge someone for first degree murder for killing a cat.

I'm like a lot of the other people in this thread. I'm a big animal person and could never even imagine watching a video like this. Definitely signing this. I have no sympathy for this, ___. Hope he get the maximum time for this type of offense.

Although I felt strongly against Kenny Glenn's abuse towards his cats, I don't think it would be the right thing to do. Yes, he should get the maximum penalty for this, but I see no reason to charge him as an adult.

Will defiantly not sign. He is a kid...and I find when society sees harm to an animal, for some reason they pity the animal more than human life being lost. Human Life > Animal Life and if he just beat up a kid I bet it wouldn't even be getting any attention at all.

age means nothing to be tried as an adult, you could be 12, shoot someone intentionally and be tried as an adult. don't feel bad for this b**** because he is underage and could be tried, he deserves it for doing this to an innocent animal and is helpless the whole time.

This is true, and the same reason I'm not signing it. Although the cat had no way to fight back and would live with the fear of being beat up again and probably wont trust anyone again.

I'm not signing it and anyone who does is an idiot. Yeah, it was wrong for him to do what he did, but a 14 y/o being tried as an adult is ludicrous. He'll be fined out the ass and won't be able to ever own a pet again, but he should not be tried as an adult. That would set down a new precedent to all minors who break the law. You need to remember, trying him as an adult would be breaking the law again. Two wrongs don't make it right.
