I won a 50K bet that I placed, that was nice. I had ridiculous losing streaks, luckily most were small bets.

I got depressed.

I play piano when I'm depressed, it helps my creativity when I'm depressed, and also gives me somthing to bang on.
I gamble out of sheer boredom. Or when I see bets there I take 'em.

Mine is entirely depression based.
When I am bored is when I gamble small only.
And then I end up working hard for a lot of people in order to earn back some credits that I lost gambling out of depression.
But when I come upon alot of credits, and I am not depressed, I tend to use them to make others happy. I give away to people, buy people subbies, get them graphics, etc.

I agree, gambling is not the best way to deal with depression. Music really helps.

As for me, I mainly gamble for the lulz. It's nice to have some, but it's not too big of a deal when (and I often do) lose them.
