I feel exactly the same way. I LOVE nerds, but I swear to god, in New Hampshire there are about 10 nerds in the whole state. And I'm pretty sure I'm the only person who uses the internet. Sucksssssss.

Jeez man, read. I never said that immediate attraction to a person's personality isn't plausible. What I'm saying is

you can't disassociate physical appearance from attraction.

"Wow, this girl is amazingly funny and I just love how she laughs at every little thing. She can also whoop my ass at video games, knows how to cook, and gets along with all of my family and friends. Although, she's ugly as fuc, doesn't have a limb, her face is mangled and obese. Should I just move in on her and ask her out? Do I want to be with with person no matter what she's like externally? But she does have cute feet."

That's just an example. I'm not saying the person has to be ugly for you to consider her looks, hell, she could be the prettiest woman in the world (sorry if that offended anyone who knows anyone that's obese/quadriplegic/etc). BUT and I emphasize, BUT, if you LIE to your loved one and again TELL THEM that their looks have never once crossed your mind when thinking about that person and if that person is compatible with you, you're just

lying to themselves

Want to know something weird? I really like people that are into, ehm, DnD-like things. They tend to be really awesome thinkers. Also, I like people who seem reliable. Another thing is when someone really knows their stuff about technology. It's strangely attractive. Lastly, I believe I want to marry a gamer.
