Can't really count as a laptop, I could hold my hand out flat, put the laptop on it, and type away. Seems more like big a smartphone without phone capabilities...
I've seen tons of these things showing up in the laptop section over at bestbuy. Terrible though. 5.5 in. screen, 1-2gb hard drive, 256-512mb RAM, $300-400.
I'm not a huge fan of those.
According to these—allegedly "leaked"—photos, the black and aluminum 2.5-pound HP Compaq 2133 UMPC laptop looks like the Asus Eee PC's cooler cousin. No
I didn't bother to look at the specs, but considering it's a ton cheaper, I'm assuming the laptop in the first post has way better parts.
I don't think there is any solid definition for a laptop. I would consider it a laptop if it is small, runs on a battery, and can run windows or other major operating system that isn't dumbed down.
Haha, it fits like 3 icons on the desktop. I guess it would be handy if you were just using it for communication and basic word processing, but that's not me.
