It works exactly that way. Consider Jack. We have say 8 16th jumps in a row on left right. I forget the BPM, let's call it 110. OK, now shift all the left notes down by 1/32nd and voila, same exact speed yet they are now 32nds trills and not 16th jack jumps. They are the exact same notes, just one side is shifted down a 32nd. I know what I'm talking about.
so you're hitting 8 16th notes 110 bpm in a row right?
And you're hitting them at the same time, as 16ths you're not doing any sort of 32nd trilling =/
I don't see how you interprete (sp?) them as 32nds and moving down the notes or whatever because if you're hitting them all in a row of 8, you wouldn't be putting anymore effort or speed into them as if it was just a left 16th note; not a jump.
Ok look. All 16th jumps are is a 16th jack on one finger and a 16th jack with another finger. All 32nds are is a 16th jack on one finger and a 16th jack on the other finger but instead of at the same time they alternate by 32nds.
And I didn't see Tank's post but I never said anything about worse timing...
