Except for the Secret and Token songs, you can find them in the song list. Click the 'S' in the top left corner of the game (next to the Q) and you'll get a drop down list of almost every song in the game, listed alphabetically.

So someone with 599 FC's tells someone that just joined today to FC something He can't. Then he tells the new member that she can FC a "For Masters Only". This is... odd. I don't even know what you have FC'ed anyway!!

Uh no, actually I didn't play stepmania, but I've heard of it and a couple of my friends played it. I watched them. They told me that FFR had a more lenient system, so I decided to start with that.
