DAMMIT i didnt relize that. (i have a 30g...it wont turn on) Also it not mine its my dad he will be PISSED lol.

EDIT: also another fail.... Got an 8gb for christmas well turns out the drivers wont install so im screwed if they dont fix the 30gb.

Microsoft needs to just stop trying to compete with apple as far as mp3 players go.

Competition is 100% win for the consumer. If no one else made mp3 players, you better believe that the ipod would not be as innovative or "cheap" as they are now.

The RRoD on the 360 is not a coding mistake. It's due to overheating.

I have a 4GB Gigaware MP3 I got for my B-day for about $30. Doesn't need crap like Itunes, and functions as a flash drive and can still play music while other files are on it. I honestly only put songs from stepmania on it, and out of 2k plus I still only listen to about ~900.

But anyways, this sucks for those who spent the money for these. My condolences. =/ But I think it's a just a waste to spend the money on a huge-brand item that does the same thing.

Yeah, it's made major headlines on Yahoo etc. etc.

Tried the solution of letting the power run out and then recharging, but that yields nothing different, and I'm sure as heck not going to try the whole physically-taking-apart-my-zune thing.

This is true. I like my little 8 Gig Ipod. When it freezes the few times it does i throw it and it works.
