The difference is DGK probably sucked some major cock to get that piece of **** accepted.

Dossar will not, and is not known well by the judges, therefore his file will be rejected or needed to be changed drastically before being accepted

I doubt it. If I was a judge, I'd expect good stuff from Shash now, since we've gotten good stuff from him in the past. If he submitted a dump, I wouldn't say, "Well, since he's given us so many good files in the past, I guess we should let him give us some crap just to even things out a bit."

RATO is a crappy file. It doesn't matter how you slice it.

It's just too hard for the engine and our current level of ability.

Imagine if you went back in time 2-3 years and submitted =Planet KARMA=. It would still be as good a file as ever but no one would be able to do it.
