    It's not that strange - there are a variety of ways this could happen. Pieces of a dead twin in the uterus, mangled DNA, mutations...

    Like the article said, the really STRANGE thing about it is the fact that the foot was so perfectly formed. Misplaced body parts are not unusual.

            I agree. And its really not as freaky as most make it out to be. And as Chrissi said, just the foot's perfection is the odd part... The fact that the foot is there isn't too strange.
