Definitely do whole division tiebreakers. Some people such as myself can't always control when they can get on and whore songs.

According to Noisy's most recent post, the round should have been over quite literally four and a half hours ago. (It was posted, on my computer, at 8:15P.M.; 12.5 hours later is 8:45A.M.; and it is now 1:15P.M.) Either he's late, or the timing is screwed up or something of the like.
