You have to take into account that there's only a single one-handed trill + background that makes it hard. Big Blue is longer, contains loads of mini-jacks, has some complex patterns, some 32nds and single 48ths(?) notes after some 16th mini-jacks if I'm not mistaken. It's been a while since I've played both.
I guess they're both kind of close in difficulty, but I'll make sure that the songs for the final round (next round) will have a bigger difficulty gap.
