    She sounds like a c*ntsucker.
I hate how most teachers have no empathy for students. It's bull.

She probably became a teacher just so she could control people.

      What

there is plenty of evidence that you were there.

Even as a hypothetical, that's dumb. Also, most theatres have restrooms/changing rooms for you to use, especially in HS.

EDIT: Also, EnR, you're in school. You pretty much have no rights. Especially if they're not your laptops to begin with, but on loan from the school, in which case they could set them on fire if they wanted, as they are not yours.

Question from students: "What about my rights?!"

        Answer from everyone: "Bwahahahaha!"

The laws also determined that they can search your lockers whenever. It's true. So don't keep your pot in there.

in loco parentis applies to this EnR read over the law entry for a more detailed feel for the matter. http://www.answers.com/topic/in-loco-parentis

Dude. The guy wrote seven lines and apologizes for a "huge" paragraph. You really expect him to read then comprehend the definition of "in loco parentis"?

Yea I'm being really snippy on this particular topic, but I don't care. This is a crazy pet peeve of mine when students go "But dah teacher cant keep me 4rom doin watevr cuz I hav rights!1"

If you don't like it, tell the teacher off and see where that gets you, seriously. Teachers are regular working and if you defend yourself or argue with them til the point where they don't want to hear it anymore they'll either say "Whatever" or send you out of class in which case you'll have a free period either way :P

Naw, Mal. It's the fact that there had been the orchestra and chorus classes in there, too. That's another sixty kids. But, we're not here to debate my issue. I'm not even debating it.

rzr, you have got to be one of the most immature and retarded people posting on these forums, honestly. Along with everyone else who thinks it's okay to go against their teachers. Being in school is like being in a dictatorial society. It's not to make you feel like crap or ruin your life - it's to help you grow up. Apparently some of you haven't dropped your balls yet and are still whining and crying about every thing a teacher does to hurt yur feewings. B o o h o o.

ah I love you dore, you just make me burst with laughter but seriously you should do as the teacher says if you don't want to get a RECORD but if you're fine with a "disciplinary issue" that'll stop you from going to a good college because of high standards, do what you want they can't arrest you for voicing your opinion. Just stay away from doing illegal activities like destruction of public property.

Please, the School of Hard Knocks University Academy School (Called 'The School of Hard Knocks University Academy School' for short) is always taking new students and THEY LOVE people with disciplinary action... I should know. I'm the Dean of Students. And the Dean of Admissions. And the founder of the college. I have a PHd in Hard Knock Life studies.

Do you think this School University Academy School might be right for you? Let me give you a sample of one of the exam questions.

'You wake up in the morning and realize you're living a life of hard knocks. You realize this, when instead of treats...

                          A: You get tricked.
                          B: You get kicked.
                          C: Wool blankets.
                          D: Empty stomachs.
                          E: All of the above.
                          F: None of the above.'

and it doesn't get any easier. That's a first year entry exam into 'Hard Knockery 101'. I should know.

I came up with the test.

Send your applications as soon as you can. Carrier pigeons only. Real mail is for people with easy lives, and that's not something we appreciate at the School of Hard Knocks University Academy School.
