Be very good at index.
It's far from impossible, you just need lots of practice at index (either that or bracket it)

ps I can do the left-hand trills in bb revenge every time haha

it's right-hand trills I suck at for some reason

Actually the game allows you to hit doubles at separate times making it so you can hit the arrow and say the pattern is a 16th mini stream where its left up down right then there is a double right at the last note in which makes it a double (making it say a left and right) you can hit the first 2 notes then you have a few options:
1. Hit just one note and miss the other, continue (Bad)
2. Hit the right and quickly move to the other with the opposite hand or happens to be a down right slide your finger (Hurts but works)
3. Say its the example and you go left up down left and right, use your right hand to quickly hit the up down right while using the left hand.

A good set of songs for learning this are songs like The Divine Suicide of K, Seven, {Firestorm}, and even The Games we Played Part 4 (This is to practice the fact of being able to hit jumps which is just a notch below jumpstream.) If anyone would like an example of someone doing it in the ways i said PM me and i'll see if i can make a video or two.

Try to look at them like this:

Don't think about the jumps, just look at that pattern.
Of course, it might not work for you, but it helped me greatly.

actually it's kind of embarrassing

but I find it really hard to time 4ths on a single finger over and over and over

ex beginning of planetz, after getting it right the first time around, screwing up later and going back to it I almost always got a good a dozen or so notes in

Of course, it might not work for you, but it helped me greatly.

I try, but my mind keeps me from pressing a pattern that really isn't there. That also happened to give me tons of trouble on Nova Pulser before the avmiss fix even though I knew the "correct" way to press it.

I'm terrible at quick jumps, like the ones in Turkish March. I also have difficulty doing jacks like AIM Anthem or mini jacks. Trilling is also a problem.

1 handed trilling, jacks, speed. Sometimes PA...basically everything!
