If you want to improve bursts, go with 'the games we played' in the arcade section (there are five of them). Even if you aren't good enough to play it, like me, BB revenge is pretty good. Also, what speed mod do you use? I don't know much, but I would suggest 1.5x or 1.75x. Also, nova pulser and lawn wake 1 and 4 help.

I would suggest a song that needs notes spread out For FFR and HTU are good songs to use speed should be about 1.5-1.75

What are you trying to prove exactly when it comes to speed?
Arrow Reading speed?
Speed on streams?
Speed on jumps?

Moonbeam has a good slow stream if you want something easier.

Uh, if you're having trouble with stream around <150bpm, I wouldn't worry about purposely improving speed. That will come with time. Until you start pushing 190, no need to start worrying about it.

If you're using a low speedmod (1x or 1.25x) try upping it as well. It may be a reading problem, not a finger speed problem. I don't think this is the case since you can AAA some decently difficult songs, but it still may be.

If you're on a speedmod 1.5x-2x, then its probably a speed problem. Play songs that you can FC/near FC for warmup, then play songs that you can barely pass WITHOUT MASHING. Not mashing is key: you're not improving your finger speed when you mash, you use a lot of arm motion and wrist motion instead of finger motion.

Reality, Electro Rush x8 v2, Frictional Nevada, Blue Rose. Those are pretty solid songs to work on speed.
