I have no idea how to.

There's a handy key on the keyboard called Print Screen (or Prnt Scrn or some other crap). After pressing it (it's located right of the F12 key) open up Paint and use CTRL+V to paste your image into it. Then you can just crop it or save it as is and save it as a PNG file. 8)

Then you upload it and profit!!
