I haven't AAAed anything VD or higher... How am I advanced?

Check your number of FC's and look at the level of Difficulties. This goes to show that you can improve easily. You will improve throughout the tournament.

Now, go check my level stats. See how long it's taken me to progress to AAA'ing 7's. I only play songs I've AAA'ed if they pop up when I hit random or if some n00b decides to pick them in MP. So it rarely happens. Sonic 1 Final Zone, Difficulty 5. Took me over 200 tries for the AAA. I'm not kidding =.=

If I'm just now getting to the point where I can AAA SOME 7's, and she has AAA'ed 9's in fewer tries than it takes me to AAA a 5 I feel someone has been incorrectly placed. Especially when I can't even FC a 9, or SDG most 8's.

I suck at reading streams. I'm best at jumps/jump jacks/jumpstream.

That, or rock songs.

I've whored Famousz (9) for over a half an hour trying to pick up the jumpstream in it, I just can't read stuff like that yet. I think my best recorded score is a button mashed FC.

I'm trying my best to improve each day... But the skill just isn't coming D:

Sh*t, I've even called scottish and asked him for advice... He didn't really have any. He just said said one day my skill will "explode" and I'll start raping the game. I'm waiting for it to happen, but I'm not there yet.

If you are who you say you are, you remember your performance from last tournament, you were in advanced, then you got disqualified, but you made it far none the less, you are no exception because of your last performance.

YES!!! Thx to subscription and beta features I was able to get this AAA! instantly when I turned combo masking and that other thing on My first VD AAA :P

Superfreak... zeroSKILL obviously doesn't play on Brian iPwn anymore because he/she was blacklisted. Since he/she was blacklisted that means he/she was cheating, thus his/her cheating got him/her far in the tournament. Now he's/she's actually playing the game how it's supposed to be played.

We should probably just accept that the lower divisions of these things will more often that not be won by someone who has been misplaced, or some degenerate who's trying to hide their true skill level.

I was referring to passivegirl earlier and I don't think it matters whether she took 5 or 50 attempts to AAA them, when I wouldn't be able to AAA most of those songs if I tried 1,000 times.

Oh wow how 2 years not playing has killed me. My accuracy is still there in little bits but I can barely even read stream. I could do better but this should be good enough to get me through to round 2:

Wow hey super you needa stop picking on Brian man ive known this guy for a while now and hes a good friend we even got drunk on my b-day lol but he has only been tring to get better at this bastard game and as u can see i support him we have almost same ranks and achievements because we started out at the same time we both are tring so hard to be gods at this game without cheating (i got blacklisted long time ago too) and getting to 1,000 rank in a week or two is pretty good for both of us we are progressing really fast and we have dedication so please dont ridicule us because we might make you bite your own tounge and a couple of weeks if we get better.
