I once tried to get permission from Michael Sweeney. He's a composer for developing school Band programs and orchestras. He writes very good music, and I'd like to see a style like that in FFR.

I was unsuccessful and the request expired.
Even after some heavy email hunting.

If you're feeling adventerous, why not try some other notable video game composers... Motoi Sakuraba comes to mind. Star Ocean, Valkyrie Profile, the Tales series, etc. Plus, a lot of his non-videogame music is really really really steppable (the song Motion... <3)
