Don't know if anyone has done this yet, but when I found this thread today I had to create a submission
-Used only MS Paint
-No measurements taken
-No color sampling from other images done (dropper)
-Just used a screenshot for reference
-Gaps are accurate vertically between arrows in relation to each other (8th=15pixels, 24th=5pixels etc...)
-I did not make the centers of the arrows transparent so please don't bash for that
-220,000 pixels (550x400)
-5hr 24min
-edit: it took 1-1.5hrs to design the arrow itself and about 10 minutes per color scheme
