Just keep practicing gamepro and you will eventually get good. And practice on judge 4, judge 1 will only make your time worse in the long run.

Try playing some easy stuff on FFR/SM first then gradually go upwards, It's better than starting on judge 1.

That would be my best advice as well... work on getting better at easier songs and after you get the feel for it, gradually work up to the harder stuff... for example, I'm not about to play quasar on 2x speed on judge 1 and expect it to help me get better...

though it might be diff for you since you can already read the arrows fine... *shrug* might be diff per person...
